Our phones and internet are now working. We have finally resolved our difficulties with BT and our broadband now works. It seems they gave us the wrong login details and had conflicting settings on their system. Pity it took nearly 2 weeks to resolve.

We are extremely sorry if you haven't been able to contact us over the past week. Since we moved to our new office on 30 Mar we have suffered from broadband and telephone issues, which BT have failed to resolve. We are working with BT to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Calls to our phone numbers 01225 777724 and 01225 775276 can now be received at our office. An engineer will be on site on 7 Apr to resolve the remaining line issue.

We cannot get Internet access despite our pleas to BT. They insist the line is working perfectly, which is clearly not
